Project:

ORAT for the new Terminal (AMP - Airport Modernization Programme) of Bahrain International Airport with a capacity of 13,5 Mio. Passengers per year (Opening in January 2021).

Results:

• Implementation of the ORAT Indicator as the main ORAT project tracking tool as ORAT PMO by Christoph Aumüller, who was also PM Deputy and responsible for the project documentation.​
• Successful introduction of an entirely new baggage operations department by our Baggage Expert, Michael Rumpf.​
• Strategic counselling of the Executive and Corporate Boards of Bahrain Airport Company as well as the ORAT project team by our Senior ORAT Expert, Reinhard Zeiler.​
• ON-BLOCK delivered more than 800 man days in various ORAT roles.​
