ORAT for the Opening of Terminal 1 of Berlin Brandenburg Airport with a capacity of 27 Mio. Passengers per year (Opening in October 2020).
Results:
- Strategic ORAT advice to the CEO of the BER and the Governmental Supervisory Board
- Final Planning & execution of 47 Trial days and training activities
- Successful short-term replanning and implementation of the adjusted ORAT Trial program due to the COVID-19 pandemic in summer 2020.
- ON-BLOCK delivered 340 Man-days as Strategic ORAT Advisor directly to FBB and as Senior Trial Project Manager for Fraport AG.
