Project:

ORAT for the new International Terminal 3 (Star Alliance) of São Paulo Guarulhos Airport (GRU) for the Football World Cup 2014 in Brazil (Opening in May 2014).

Results:

• Successful ORAT strategic advice and implementation of the ORAT program under great time pressure as the new International Passenger Terminal 3 had to open for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in 2014 in Brazil on time.​
• ON-BLOCK managed to conduct the trials under challenging construction conditions.​
• ON-BLOCK delivered up to 300 man days with Reinhard Zeiler as ORAT Senior Advisor, Christoph Aumüller as ORAT Trials Senior Advisor and Fraport AG colleagues as Trial Managers and Core Process Experts.
