ORAT Program for the new Terminal 5 owned by Jazeera Airways at Kuwait International Airport (Opening in May 2018).

Results:

• Successful delivery of a full ORAT program consisting of the Terminal Operation Concept development, training manual development and stakeholder management.​
• On-time conduction of Trials with special focus on the new baggage handling system.​
• Senior ORAT advise on the terminal opening and transfer scenario.​
