Optimising Aeroflot Ground Handling Department
In 2015, ON-BLOCK supported AT Kearney in optimizing the Aeroflot Ground Handling Department at Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport. The entire operations with processes, manpower planning and equipment use for passenger, baggage and ramp handling were evaluated and revised (including check-in, boarding, lounges, PRM, ULD, lost & found, load control, de-icing, maintenance, dispatch and resource coordination).
Transition Plan for Airport Expansion at Stockholm Bromma International Airport
In 2014, ON-BLOCK supported Swedavia in the development of a transition plan of ongoing airport operations during the expansion phase at Stockholm Bromma International Airport. Logistical and operational procedures for various scenarios of airside and terminal operations were reviewed and evaluated.
Conferences & Lectures
In March 2015, Mr Reinhard Zeiler attended the 1st International ORAT Conference in Muscat, Oman, where he also held a speech and a presentation on ORAT projects.
In 2016, Mr Reinhard Zeiler gave a super lecture - a one-day-work session - on ORAT at Cranfield University, UK.
